3、鱼年年有余(鱼)是中国比较传统的说法,所以在春节这个吉祥的日子里,鱼肉就显得非常重要了,不少家庭为了吃出连年有余的好兆头,会在除夕夜吃1条,大年初1吃1条,这样就是连年有余了。不过呢,我们还有另1种说法,就是在除夕夜吃鱼尾,大年初1吃鱼头,这样也是连年有余,有头有尾。
4、年糕春节吃什么传统食品,其实最主要的还是1些寓意吉祥的,比如年糕。全国各地几乎都用江米面和黍子黏面做成黏糕(也叫年糕),寓意“年年高”。春节吃的食物大部分是节前准备好的,北方人大多吃馒头。南方是头几天淘米,名叫万年粮米,意思是年年有余粮。年糕也是汉族过新年的必备食物。做年糕的谷物有多种,各地做法不尽相同。其中以江南的水磨黏糕最为着名。北方则吃白糕或黄米黏糕,西南少数民族习惯吃糯米粑粑。
5、元宵正月十5北方吃元宵,南方吃汤圆。元宵在宋代时就很流行,最早叫“浮元子”,后称“元宵”,生意人还美其名曰“元宝”。通常是以白糖、玫瑰、芝麻、豆沙、黄桂、核桃仁、果仁、枣泥等原料为馅,用糯米粉包裹成圆形。可荤可素,风味各异。可汤煮、油炸、蒸食,有团团圆圆、生活美满之意。
6、年夜饭年夜饭要吃得愈慢愈好,每样菜都要吃1口。有几道菜肴,因含有吉祥意味,在年夜饭中是不可少的,如:[长年菜](芥菜)要1根1根从头吃到尾,年首才能长长久久;[菜头]表示好彩头;[全鸡]象征全家福([鸡]与[家]谐音);吃[蚶]与[胖]谐音,取其发福之意;吃鱼丸、虾丸、肉丸,乃指[3元及第]之意(即状元、会元、解元)。餐桌上唯有鱼不能吃,表示[年年有余]之意。
